On good news and bad news

If you're sick of me writing "I'm not here, I am over at the Burrow" posts, I have both good and bad news for you. Let's start with the bad:

I'm not really here. I am over at Burrowers, Books & Balderdash today, where I present a tool. Depending on your definition of choice, this could be almost any kind of post, though one clue might be that today is Writing Tuesday at the Burrow...

Now onto the good news (though again, this depends on your definition. Personally, I'm a little ambiguous).  This will be the last time for a while that I announce that I am posting elsewhere. The reason is that I have been granted a Burrow-break, a hiatus, a sabbatical so to speak. Because my attention the next couple of months probably will be even more focused on my bloo.. ahem, lovely thesis, I have decided that the fewer distractions the better (and where does NaBloWriMo fit into all of this? It really doesn't, that's where... But logic has never been my thing...). So, I will post here every now and then, but I won't feel the need to offer quality posts (sorry) all the time. For non-quality stuff, though, check back in all through October!

So, for the last time in a while: if you want your fix of digressions, the place to be today is  Burrowers, Books & Balderdash! (Now don't be such a tool about it)

A short sabatical always does one good; looking forward to your further quality blogs soon.

You’re ambiguous? I didn’t know that, and I don’t suppose either of your husbands do either. I always realized that you’re bilingual, which is a very attractive quality in a woman.

Have a nice day, Boonie

Mark - ooooo! Percent! Ampersand! It looks like a mutant Japanese smiley face! ö-Ö

Crystal - and in the meantime there will be plenty of non-quality posts right at this location. I promise ;)

Boonie - I must be more ambiguous than I thought, because I had no idea I was all those things (neither do my two husbands).

Mason - thank you! I might need it...

Yes, thesis should come first, no distractions..(me, jumping up and down on the couch, waving my arms and singing Dixie) Should not distract you :)

Even though I know I have two blogs - I am happy to know I can find you at one! Stoopid I know but there. It should be cause for celebration that you are so focussed on getting through this. I salute you! And any 'there, there's you might need I'll be happy to send along.

Noooooo!!!!

*a'hem* what? Did I just say that out loud? ;p

I think that's a good, responsible plan and all. So I'm trying to be encouraging. Bart. Now before you leave, run over to my blog and get your award~ :o) <3

I'm still impressed you can be so many places at all! It's a gift...

Ah yes, the quandary of being everywhere at once while being nowhere at all on your own blog. I know the feeling.

Jules - tee hee, I want picture evidence! Actually, video would be great ;) (And there will be distractions. But one less of the "responsibility" kind)

Jan - thanks, there might be need for many there-there's... And I am glad that you are glad you can find me here (I am glad I can find you on both blogs!)

Leigh - you've been loving my "I'm not here" blogs, haven't you? ;) And yay, an award! :D

Barbara - or curse... I haven't really been the most active Burrower lately, though, so that might be an explanation.

Abe - hard, isn't it? Right now I am here, and there, though in reality I am only here-here (and it's getting dark, so I really should just go home...)

Your 'lovely thesis' should come first!

Sigh. Well, I guess your thesis can come first. We'll try not to feel too neglected while you're gone. The occasional crumbs you leave us in the form of blog posts will just have to do.

Seriously, though, good luck on that thesis - you can ROCK it! :-)

Quality, non-quality... it's all a matter of perspective. Personally, I enjoy it all!

It's hard to fit everything in! Good luck with your lovely thesis :)

Alex - It should, and it does, but I reserve the right not to be happy about it!

Jennie - tee hee, I'll make it up later, I swear ;) And thank you, that means a lot to me!

Kelly - I guess that's true. Perhaps I should distinguish between "thought-through" and "non-thought-through". And frankly, the level of through-through-ness doesn't necessarily reflect the quality or popularity of a post. Some of my "best" posts were nothing short of brain-farts...

Yvonne - thank you :) Looking forward to seeing you here too, and visiting you at your lovely blog :)

Jemi - thank you :)
